Returns are accepted at the time of delivery only. Our driver will wait while you inspect your item — if there is any issue, you may return it on the spot with the driver. Please note that the delivery fee is non-refundable and will be charged to the customer.

To keep your piece looking its best, we recommend hand washing in cold water or dry cleaning only. Do not iron directly on any embellishments, prints, or dress designs — use a pressing cloth or steam from a distance to remove creases.
