Returns at the Time of Delivery

Returns are accepted only at the time of delivery.

Our delivery partner will ask the driver to wait for a few minutes while you inspect your order. We kindly ask you to check the item carefully, including the size, colour, design, and overall condition, before the driver leaves.

If there is any issue with the item, or if you decide not to keep it, you may return it immediately with the delivery driver.

After the Driver Leaves

Once the item has been accepted and the delivery driver has left, returns or exchanges will no longer be accepted.

Please make sure you are satisfied with the item before completing the delivery.

Delivery Charges

If an item is returned at the time of delivery, the delivery charge must still be paid by the customer.

The delivery fee is non-refundable, as it covers the delivery service provided regardless of whether the item is accepted or returned.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return and we will be proceeding with your refund if you have paid online .You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within up to 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
